Rodria Laline has been CEO of global research and development collaborations with IBM, ING, HP, Digital Equipment Corporation, Bull, Elsevier, Siemens and Philips. She was member of Oracle General Management, GIIC e-commerce thought leader at Global Information Infrastructure Commission and board member of the Open Software Foundation. She has lived and worked in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, the Netherlands, Africa, Spain and America. Rodria founded Intrabond Capital and Intrabond Holdings with offices in San Francisco, Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York. Rodria holds a number of independent non-executive directorships. In governance and advisory work, Rodria takes a particular interest in digital transformations, data stream architectures, the global business ecosystems, and sustainable cross-border governance convergence. She is certified by the American Association of Corporate Board Directors (NACD) on the role of boards in strategy and risks. She is co-founder of the annual Maximize Your Board's Potential Program at Harvard, was director of corporate governance programs at Nyenrode University and has been assistant professor in business studies at the University of Amsterdam. Donna Hamlin is a corporate executive with twenty-eight years of corporate and consulting experience. As founder of Hamlin Harkins, Ltd., and BoardWise she developed a successful track record in strategy, change management and human performance management, serving clients from Fortune 500 global enterprises to start-up companies in more than 30 countries. She served as global vice-president of human resources and administration for Trident Microsystems, Inc.; as senior vice president of strategic change, executive planning and leadership development for CitiGroup’s Associates First Capital Corporation; and as vice president for human and organizational performance for Texaco, Inc. She holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.A. degree from Siena College and has studied at the University of London. She is certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors in the U.S.A. Donna Hamlin is a well-known publishing author; she writes management articles in the area of human performance management. She holds various board directorships.
