Welcome to Board Bona Fide, the first global registry of current and potential directors of boards for public, private and non-profit organizations around the world.

Several important trends prompted Intrabond Capital Corporation to launch Board Bona Fide. Companies around the world are becoming more multi-national and challenged by global perspectives.

To deepen strategic thinking, they need qualified board directors with specific experiences to address issues in targeted regions of the world and diversity of thought and cultural understanding to ensure higher board contributions to corporate success.

Further, organizations and governments now demand more focus on diversity within the board. The U.S. government requires every public company to disclose its board diversity policy as part of its governance practices. Norway requires a percentage of the board to be women. Research studies are tracking the value of diversity at the table to overall board and corporate performance.

Until now, there been no global resource for easily identifying the right board candidates to meet these needs. And, people who desire director positions did not have an easy way to make their qualifications known.

That’s why we launched Board Bona Fide, the first worldwide registry of qualified board directors. Board Bona Fide is a logical extension of Intrabond’s work helping countries establish their own national registries of public company board members.
